Instant diameter measurement for small holes, punched, drilled, reamed, EDM, cast,    molded  Ideal for inspection of P.C. boards, screw machine parts, injection nozzles, electronic    connectors, jigboring stock, sheet metal, plastic molded parts, etc.  Direct diameter reading to .001" or metric to 0,02 mm on 2-1/4" dia. dial Indicator  Range covers from .010" to 1.30" dia. or 0,25mm to 33.0mm (for metric specify "M" after    order number and add $150.00 for each unit)  For electronic models with direct diameter reading to .0001" or 0,001 mm add $540.00  Guaranteed accuracy ±.0003" throughout the range of all models  Made in U.S.A.

 

Quick and easy reading. Just insert the hardened, precision ground tool steel gaging plunger into the hole to be measured.  Press the base plate firmly against the part. No setting masters required - zero on any flat surface to set-to number stamped on back of the indicator. Digital models have cable accessories to attach to R232 connector or mitutoyo output available on request.
