Designed for highest precision inspection, concentricity, squareness and taper all in one set-up. Ideal for direct measurement from any base, surface plate, comparator, machine etc. due to parallelism from base bottom to the centers. Furnished with set of 3 matched steel centers to within ±.000050" TIR.  Centers are hardened, ground and lapped; one short, one long and one spring loaded center (model 6-00S is supplied with two short centers only).
